1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

The shipping methods available for your location will be displayed during checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

If you do not receive your tracking details within [3 DAYS], please contact our customer support team.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ecart.assist@gmail.com, and we'll work with the courier partner to assist you.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the incorrect address provided during checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

  • The recipient is unavailable,

  • The address is incorrect,

  • The package is refused,

the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where applicable.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing:

  • Contact us within 3 DAYS of the delivery date.

  • Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product.

  • We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.


10. International Shipping

Currently, CartNeo ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
